Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are your operating hours?
    Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:30pm. In the event that a child is not picked up by 5:30pm late pick-up fees will be charged as outlined in the policy manual. In the case of inclement weather, it is your responsibility to plan accordingly and pick up on time.
  • Can I come and tour the day care?
    Yes. Tours are by appointment only. Contact us to schedule.
  • Are you accepting new kids?
    We have a limited amount of spots and often have a waiting list. To learn about current availability we encourage you to contact us. We offer both full and part time enrollment options.
  • Are meals included in the cost of tuition?
    All meals and snacks are included in tuition costs except the cost of baby food and formula/breast milk. The parents of infants will provide baby food and formula/breast milk. Parents need to bring enough formula/breast milk for the hours the infant is at the day care.
  • Is there a registration fee or deposit?
    Yes. A NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE registration fee/deposit is required to guarantee enrollment. In the event of withdrawal from the child day care, this deposit will be applied to your final tuition payment, provided your child has been attending the child day care for a minimum of six months.
